The candidate will be able to understand and recall legislation, codes and regulations that govern street works safety, quality and compliance. The candidate must also be able to navigate and explain reasonings for poor quality works and non-compliance, understanding how to recognise these whilst conducting a works inspection report. The candidate will also be able to understand reporting and resolving issues of non-compliance, poor safety and of low-quality works.
